Well i didn't eat anything for two days(i wasn't hungry) and well i'm still not hungry, but my friends are yelling at me to eat something, so i'm trying to eat something. But after i eat something tiny, i want to throw it up. Why? Is there something wrong with me? Should i continue to force it down even though it'll come up?

you could have GERD, it is called Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. This happens when the muscle flap on top of the stomach does not close all the way and releases acid back up into the esophagus. This can happen by after eating you lie down or just even the foods you are eating. No spicy food, acidic food (oranges, grapefruit, tomatoes etc) No coffee, chocolate. You need to stick to more solid foods, pretty bland stuff.

If this isn't working or you don't do this, it could also be, irritable bowel syndrome. This happens with stress alot! Your body just makes too much acid and you... throw up. There are medications for both.

But if you are not eating regulary even if its a piece of bread or something, anything, you will have too much acid in your stomach therefore causing you to feel nauseated after you eat, even stomach pain. SO make sure you are eating something, granola, yogurt, anything you do like. Your stomach sill start getting back on track.

Try taking Vitamin B-12, this should help increase your appetite because it gives you energy. It won't make you fat, but just give you a little bit of an appetite.

Hope this helps
