If you can't keep all the dogs separated all the time, somebody eventually will get seriously hurt. Spaying and neutering your dogs will reduce the aggression problem and avoid having puppies in a world wehere there are already too many.
Spaying and neutering all of them will help and might solve the problem, but there are no guarantees. It is your only hope of keeping all 3 dogs together. If it does nto work, you will need to part with one of the dogs that is fighting. The alternative is that someone will get seriously hurt or killed.

It is a mating problem ,A male has been bought into their territory, they are fighting to win the prize, which is the male. The other angle is because the male is present they will each try to gain dominance over the situation,i.e.the best nesting areas, the most food, the only male Dog scenario. When the girl comes into season, you will have to seperate the male and female, you could have a dog run built and pen them up when necessary. The dog run could be used if you decide to let her have pups. The other option is,find a home for the male dog, otherwise the girls may keep on fighting. If you had the other girl neutered it may solve the problem but,it might just be a thing they do because of the supremacy thing for the males attention.

It's because when you brought the male dog home, you instantly had a pack now. And both females want to be the "alpha female" in the pack. I have 4 dogs, and I have to keep both males seperated, and both females seperated because of the same exact problem you're having. They do fine when it's male/female in the house though. There's always a hierarchy in a pack. By the way, for those people who say to spay/neuter your dogs and it will "fix" the problem, all my dogs are fixed, and I still have the same problem of them fighting and expressing dominance with one another. So it's obviously not a spay/neuter. I've had this problem for 3 years now too, and only a few fights have erupted.

you may not are turning out to be a dogs. The domestic dog is lonely, bored and underfed. He could be in the living house,a minimum of as quickly as you get living house from artwork and all night to boot and he desires 3 foodstuff an afternoon till he's 6 months previous. once you're at artwork, you may hire somebody to return and take the domestic dog for a walk or 2 or maybe ask somebody to maintain him at their living house while you artwork.Your dogs would be undersocialized and not undemanding to coach and he would be very unhappy being left in a kennel each and all of the time.he will substitute right into a persistent barker and could attempt to flee.you may do him a prefer by looking him a clean living house the place he would be saved interior or used as a searching dogs so he gets the exercising and companionship he desires.

Your females could be tryin to establish dominence as well. esp with the new member in the household. just like a wolf pack theres an alpha female and male. Looks like both your females are alpha dogs. Try to get the other one fixed as well and see if this helps. If not u could try to muzzle them both or make the decision that one of them must go. Have you tried removin the male form the room and seeing if they get aong then?

Maybe you could get the other female spayed too? Right now they are fighting but the male is not neutered and the one female has been in heat. No wonder they are fighting.

Have the other female fixed.
My girls normally get along, but if one of them is in season all hell breaks loose. I have a mix of spayed and intact, but when one is in heat they ALL get weird.

Maybe you give more love to one of your dogs and the other dog gets jealous, maybe that's why they don't get along.

have them all sterilized ASAP, and invest in shock collars or pepper spray to break up the fights!
