I have an idea, go buy yourself a coffee espresso maker and some good coffee beans plus a little electric grinder and some flavored syrups and make your own drinks. You will save in the long run. The last time I was there it was at the drive through and it was not even heated long enough i was too busy to return and complain....at least at home I can create my own specialty drinks and save a bundle in the end...plus the gas I use in the car. It's just a habit you know and they are hard to break..The new year has just started so you can still make this your resolution!
Best of luck!

I used to work in a coffee shop and know the feeling..I inhaled it all day and drank it too. It was a great atmosphere. Maybe that makes the coffee even taste better. It's not only the drink but the social part of it too. Do whatever makes you happy!

I had the same problem for awhile I was addicted to Chai Lattes and it would ven burn a hole in my pcoket sometimes! But honestly I think those chai lattes do something to my digestive sytem because the last few times I did have them I felt nauseous...so that's how I got over my chai latte addiction. Not a good way to have gotten over it, but it was beyond my control. Remember there are other cafes out there that serve just as good drinks as Starbucks and for cheaper prices.

Caffine is a stimulant. You're addicted because your body relies on it. If you want to break free of the habit (and starbucks isn't cheap!) then slowly wheen yourself off it and your body will release it's dependancy on it.

Buy an espresso machine, a toddy maker, and their coffee for home. It is cheaper in the long run, and eventually you will not miss buying the coffee there. Thats what I did.
Good luck.

one step at a time, in case you flow wide-spread, then attempt to steer away from it a minimum of once a week... attempt replacing the dimensions of those lattes... yet another decision; study change serving concepts/menus. purely before later you gained't like that low fat turkey sandwich on a daily foundation. solid success!

You mean you actually enjoy paying $4.00 for a cup of coffee that you could have made at home with your own coffee maker, filters & coffee for PENNIES a cup????

This is beyond my understanding. In my experience anything I've had from there has always been unsatisfactory (ie gross). Try Jamba Juice.
