I have no special someone in my life right now, and I know I'll be all bummed out on Valentine's Day.
What do you suggest I do to stay happy that day???

Society has everyone so pumped up on Valentine's Day, but there is no reason at all that you should feel depressed that day. Instead....
1) Get a group of friends and all go out together. Celebrate the fact that you're single and live it up for the night!
2) Have a party at your place! Invite your friends over and spend the evening playing games together, laughing, and just having a great time.
3) Go out and do something that you've wanted to do, but haven't done yet.
4) Get some takeout from your favorite restaurant and rent a great comedy and laugh the night away.

Have been there a few times in my life on this day. What i always did is go out and do something i thought was fun. It takes ones' mind off not having that special someone in ones life.
Ya know valentines day is a bit over rated. But then again i married a lady on that day. But it didn't last.
Treat yourself to something special.

A good thing for you to do since you feel it is so important to be with someone on this day is to do a little research on the origins of Valentine's Day and see what the big deal is. I'm sure you will be surprised. It is not romantic in the least bit. What's so romantic about knowing that a guy HAS to get you something on that day to keep him out of the dog house? It's what's unexpected and from the heart that is more romantic and meaningful!

well I just got out of 10 month relationship (my heart is so broken) its funny because every year when valetines day comes around Im single. BUt usually I just buy gifts for my mom my best friend and other women in my life. THis year my cousin and I are going to be eachothers valentines we are going to give one another gifts and go to a concert then out to dinner. I figure atleast this way I won't be in the house all bummed out. Good luck sweety once you find someone you truly love you will realize that valentines day is every day

Go out with your girls who also don't have dates. I didn't have a date last year for Valentine's day, and my best friends and I went out to eat, bought each other a little something, and then we just hung out and watched movies. Not everyone has dates on Valentine's Day. You don't have to be bummed, take advantage of not having to be tied down to someone! go out and have some FUN!

well, the best thing is to not care about v day. but obviously you do, so I would hang out with a close girlfriend who is also single. You can also get a good book and read alone, or watch a movie, or take a bubble bath, or go shoe shopping! Anything that keeps you happy and your mind off of vday.

I had the time without work college so I made my mothers and fathers a card and then I went to the farm and checked on a ill lamb, and then fed it, went for a walk up the fields to envision in the event that they have been swampy which they have been, then I had some soup, went to piano, got here back and went to soccer education, had dinner and then lounged around doing some issues right here and there like cleansing my room and gazing some television. ?

i dont have anyone either but just get yourself a good movie or see if some of your friends are single and go out together and figure out who can get a guys phone number first I did it with my friends and it was the best night ever we ended up with a date for the night

Pending on your age go out to the bar with a group of girlfriends and sing karaoke. Just think about the fact you Will be alone think of it as a night with the girls and just your luck you might hook up with a guy.
