I am actually looking for the different names that each religion calls their clergy, and who else can do weddings.

so if it is a minister, what religion is that, if it is a priest, etc...

Protestants usually call theirs ministers, pastors or reverends. They are interchangable

I am Episcopal, we call ours Father or Reverend.

A priest is Catholic and a minister or pastor can be any number of different christ beliving religions

Officiant is probably the most generic term, and would also cover a justice of the peace (who does civil services).

justice of the peace .... they are not religious and its just a civil ceromony
