Most reasonably-feminine women have no hair on their inner thighs. Only the most masculine women have hair there.

im not a hairy girl, like at all, but when i dont shave my thighs, say for like a week, my inner thighs are the least hairy place.
with guys its different i guess, they tend to be more hairy. i think they have as much amount of hair on inner as outer thighs.
