I too am a police officer and it does show on your CRB check as a Caution, although under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act, you don't have to declare this to the company since it is now declared as a "Spent" conviction. For a youth, the period of rehabilitation is 2.5 years though it is longer if the crime was committed when they were adults.

The police will also maintain a record on their systems of your brother's convictions forever so far as I know. Unlike the US, the courts don't tend to 'seal' the criminal records of children so that nobody can access it!

No, in case you receive an NFA (no further action), this implies the case is closed, if there is not any longer sufficient data to convey a fee on then you definitely this is the top of the priority and could no longer show up on any CRB exams and you will no longer might desire to show it to any business enterprise. As for a warning, it is purely a warning and additionally does not might desire to be disclosed till specially asked!

Not sure where ur located, but in the US, only items wich result in charges will be on your CBC, and if everything is dropped, it may still show the case, but no charges. If you had a warning, w/ no case you should be good to go, I know I can order my own record where I live, i just have to go to the police department and pay 10.00 for a copy of my personal backround info. You may want to do that, before you allow it to be checked by someone else
