i'm on birth control but i've been on it for a year and this problem is current (one month). I'm not pregnant. I drink lots of water. I'm stressed. Any diseases that only show queasiness? what could it be?

If you drink lots of water believe it of not, that could be part of your problem. There is such a thing as water intoxication and everyone's tolerance levels are different. Add a small glass of juice in between and see if that does not help.

Anemia. Take a prego test anyway, birth control isn't 100%. Have your eating habits changed? Maybe you are skipping meals.

You say you're stressed - it could just be that your stomach is churning, you may not be eating enough or well, and the acid in your stomach is wreaking havoc.
