I believe all over the counter sleeping pills are basically Benadryl, which does help you go to sleep, but it's not really very good for you to take every night...

Melatonin can help. It is natural. Look for it in the vitamin aisle.

ALL over the counter sleep aids contain the same ingredient to promote sleep: diphenhydramine (or Benedryl). Tylenol PM, for example, contains acetaminophen and diphenhydramine. Sominex also contains Benedryl.

If you want to try it, just buy some generic Benedryl (diphenhydramine) at the drug store. That's the cheapest option

all insomnia medicines are made by toxic plant and mushroom. more addicted and dangerous than street drugs. doctors are drug pusher, first they make the drugs legal, second the drugs designed with ingredients to hooked up the public. as investor, i called it a smart stradegy of three billion dollars business enterprise. I know, I have been there.

homeless people sleep on the street use street drug or cheap chinese cooking wine.
