My friend told this guy that i liked him and my friend told me that the guy likes me. I was wonderin who should make the move first me or him. I'm also shy when it comes to relationships.

The best "first move" would probably give him a simple shoulder rub. If he seems to enjoy that then try kissing him on the neck or lips.?

Yes make the move. Ask him if he would go/meet you at a social function. It will be less awkward while among others.

Girl keep him waiting....flirt and let him know that you want him and sooner or later he gonna make the move and if not you shouldnt want him because he is way to scary.....when you want something you should go for it though!

personally i would never make the first move, i tried it once and it was embarrassing for me lol. i think the guy should make the first move. but if he doesnt after maybe you should.
