everyone knows that global warming is f*cking the polar bears cuz its home is melting so what do ppl want the bush administrator to do? do they want to take the polar bears and put them in the zoo or what?

You really aren't that smart are you? Which countries contribute to Greenhouse Gas emmissions? India, China, and others. What do India and China have in common? They are emerging economies that were EXEMPT from Kyoto protocols.
