Whoa! Thanks for your anwers. Just thinking here in my Hogan. Have any of you ever been to the navajo Reservation?

All people are born agnostic---meaning without knowledge of God-then depending which culture they are raised in they either believe or disbelieve in the God/s of that culture--they then either become agnostic theists,agnostic a-theists --or just remain agnostic. All Gods throughout history share one trait--they are unknowable or--as Christ put it-"passing all understanding".So those who assert there is a God--or those that say there isn't a God---are both guessing.
As to why agnostics dislike Christians---well---I guess some of them may object to being told they are hell-bound for not believing in some Christian tribes dogma.

well i don't even have to say what i am as my screen name says it all anyway it's because i don't agree with the religion it has nothing to do with liking or disliking anybody as i have family and friends who are christians as well i just don't like when some not all of the christians go around professing moral superiority and passing judgement on others when we are all human anyway a person can be an agnostic theist/agnostic deist as they can believe in a higher power but just don't know who it is for sure and who might become convinced that the god of the bible can't be the true god for some of the things that they have read in the bible or because they choose to have no religion at all anyway there are many types of agnostics let me get you the link so that you can learn more about it

Being agnostic simply means one has not fully embraced either a religion or non-belief, they are still questioning and exploring. As for an Agnostic's hating Christians, where did you get that idea? If someone dislikes someone it is not simply because of their beliefs, unless of course said Christian believes in judging others, lording themselves above others or just being petulant with people who a different. People don't just wake up and hate somebody, there's always a reason. Sad but true.

I don't dislike Christians. Being an agnostic has virtually nothing to do with a cultural preference. It is simply the acknowledgement that there is no logical proof for God's existence or non-existence, and the subsequent decision to live in independence of faith and religious thought because they are opposed to a logical view of things.

By the grace of Allah I dont hate any religon. Iam just telling the fact . Today unfortunately our people are also getting misguided and they are not following or reading or understanding Quran.
This is the last nation on the galaxy if we disobey we will face the torment
GOD FORBID.
Today our people are also ignorant.
May Allah help us guide us to the right path Amen.
We are peacekeepers. The meaning of Islam is Peace we are not suppose to harm any innocent soul.
Our religon teaches us paitence and discipline not savagery and Allah hates extremist

I consider myself Agnostic. I don't dislike Christians. I just don't really agree with their religion. I can't see basing my life off of a book that some guy wrote thousands of years ago in a completely different language. Its an interesting story... but thats about it.

An agnostic is someone who has not found any independantly verifiable evidence that there is a God or that there is no God. And believes that even if there is a God, man's mind is too small to understand what God is.
And christian minds are even smaller than that!

im atheist and i only kinda dislike mormons. i just dont get it. taking the word of a 14 year old boy who never had any proof is kind of sketchy to me. i live in utah and there are a lot of mormons. not to mention i had to run up on one because he was harrassing one of my lesbian friends.

im not agnostic, but no i dont like Christain, its the ONLY religion to tries to shove it down your throat, the ONLY religion to speak of peace, then tell you to go kill in the god's name, blood, war, murder, and pure ignorance is the real meaning of "Christain"
