And if so, what did you think? Did you order a double double?

I've never been to the actual coffee shop, but my mother gets cases of Tim Hortons coffee shipped to her, so it's what I drink when I brew coffee (and when I take a can from her house). I think it's really good!

Tim Hortons operates over 2600 locations in Canada and almost 300 restaurants in the United States.

As I recall, he was a hockey player.

Also, there are some Tim Hortons donut shops open in the U.S. I know there are some in the Buffalo NY area. I ate at a couple of them, both in the U.S. and Canada. Nothing special, but then, I'm not a coffee drinker. And I think the best donuts I ever had came from a supermarket's in-house bakery, so maybe I don't know much about donuts, either.

Tim Hortons was recently bought by Wendy's so their profile will only increase in the US. Didn't Wendy's start in Ohio? That may be why there are 3 within 10 minutes' drive in Dayton.

I tried it a few times when I was traveling between Canada (Quebec) and the US. They are starting to expand so there are locations in the US now, mostly near the border, but we did see some in upstate NY. I only tried their donuts and their soups, so I didn't get the double double. But the soup was pretty good so I'm sure anything on their menu would be.

Well, we actually have three within 10 minutes of where I live

... in Dayton, OH!!!

How crazy is that? I guess Ohio is sort of close to Canada. Also my best friend is Canadian and her whole family goes nuts for it. I just like the coffee (2 cream, 2 sugars!) and criossants.
