i need a flat, toned tummy
ASAP.
like really asap.
but i dont know what EXACTLY to do.
please tell me,
and if yu know, tell me about how long itll take?

Try lying on your back with your hands on your tummy and slowly raise your feet about 6 inches off the ground and hold it for as long as possible. It is quite hard but really helps.

ok first off go for walks and have your stomach tightened. then at night preferably do about 500-1,000 crunches not sit ups. sit ups actually are bad for your back. also do some leg lifts and some wall squats. also when you are hungry and want a snack eat some frut or veggies.to help yourself loose weight keep track of how many calories you are taking in. and set a limit like no more than 2,000 calories. then at the end of the day burn off twice the amount of calories that you took in and i guarantee you that if you follow all these steps you will get your stomach back. it worked with my daughter and i work 9 hrs a day sitting at a computer so good luck and i hope you find a way that works best with you.

Women won't lose as much or as fast as males but the 1st step to a quick fix is to cut out carbs, like the Atkins diet. Eat meat and fish , eggs etc only & you must cut out potatoes, breads & other carbs. You must do cardio & sit ups nothing burns more calories then jogging & crunches. Hope u get the results.

hey u better do some exercise for ur abbs okay. do jogging too if posible, n hey walkin long distances helps a lot too, but remember tat u must not talk wen u walk else walkin 'll not benifit u in ne way except for gettin u tired n exhausted, don't think of dieting, but hey have n maintain a balanced diet okay dear. take care. m sure dis 'll work trust me :)

exercise(sit ups-look online for some that work all over the stomach) and eat 5-6 times a day, it keeps your metabolism going and drink alot of water. im trying to lose my tummy, and i ride a bike for an hour and do sit ups. if you cant do that then try the 3 hour diet(look it up)

toned tummy is hard... if u wnat to looses some water temperorily then can try duritric tablets.,.... but in realistic it takes 12 weeks to get a flat toned abbs... in mens case we will get 6 pac
