Ethics Legislation...

Want my opinion of what would be the most ethical and just piece of legislation covering the topic of ethics is?

There shall henceforth be no lobbying of the Legislative Branch or the Executive Branch of the American government, except by individual citizens, with no monetary or other similar incentives to be offered at any time.

That is how you keep Congress and the Presidency clean. There is far too little common sense being used by our government, anymore, and the last big chunk of it died with JFK.

Ethics reform measures get passed every ten years or so. Then it appears that evrybody is abiding by the rules for a while. There is actually no enforcement of the rules anyway, so it is a wsate of time to bother wrangling about it. If the jobs that that illegals come here for are eliminated, the problem of illegal immigration would be pretty much resolved. They are not coming here for the weather.

even if it does pass, it is being passed by the unethical, lol
Thats like telling prisoners to update security on the prison.
Illegal immigration will never be completely resolved, it has gone on way too long, Its like trying to get a yoyo to spin up after it has stopped spinning. You're gonna have to use your hands. They are going to have to stop screwing around with trying to stop them individually and start making the employers accountable, and enforcing the punishment for illegals caught in US

Something that is labled ethics reform will undoubtably pass.

Some of the lables they put on things are hilarious.

Look at what they call 'comprehensive immigration reform' for example.

it'll never pass since the crooks are the ones trying to pass some reform. They will never eliminate the perks they get.

why not? it won't change anything, after all, if a Congress person were law abiding, they wouldn't have trespassed against the ethics, would they?
