the twin towers of 911 were a pair of the most intelligent building at their time, history channel went on tour through the buildings and showed all the physical plant built in to the substructure to accommodate the variables that were amenities and services that were needed and the west coast building are rubber mounted and shock absorbers are in the superstructures base to a project level of survival, all building over so many stories have to meet and exceed level of earth quake potentials, too many people cause too many building to be in the wrong places today
