i have a honda city zx vvti ,system pioneer 6850 mp,component speakers blaupunkt vpc 172,rear speakers infinity kappa perfect 6"X9".amplifier jbl 75.4 4 channel giving out 140 rms per channel and 300 rms bridged.
i want to buy a woofer and a amplifier from a good brand ,woofer reasonable enough to outperform many hifgher models if possible..i'll put it in ne thing which is best for the sub. so plz tell me some brand name and its model no.
i want a quality woofer..i had heared kicker they produce loads of awesome bass but i felt they lacked quality which i wanted to hear..i m not interested in spl or impressing people..i want to satisfy my ears..some what like infinity kappa(they r not imported in my country)
plz i beg u dont tell me to go to ne site or go to store.plz...
i'll really pray pray for that guy who will help me sort out this small question..
i can buy frm kicker, mtx,rockford,jbl,pioneer,focal,boston acoustics...these brands are available at my place

Not sure waht he means unless he's talking about fre-air subs, but those are not what you want because they use the trunk space as the enclosure.

The enclosure the subs go in is almost as important as the subs themselves.

For quality subs, look for the highest dB sensitivity and the lowest the HZ range.

There are plenty of decent brands but only one way to get the most acurate bass from them and that is a proper free-air installation.

For the guy below.
No duh they use the trunk space as an enclosure. That's the whole idea. It's called an infinite bafle.

you want soft bass go with liite subs like 2 8" like mtx 5500
