Why don't you find some silver candle holders, and buy aqua candles? You could also get some terra cotta flower pots, spray paint those silver and put aqua dots/stripes on them, you could put a flower topiary (hot pink, orange or white would look good) in the pot and get a coordinating ribbon to tie the flowers together. Are you having a theme to your wedding? I like the idea about the chair covers. My advice for you would be to pick out a theme and work from there. It's pretty easy to turn almost anything into the color of your choice, with some spray paint. :)

For my wedding (also in Sep), our colors were aqua and orange, and we had square glass vases (from Michaels, really cheap) with sand at the bottom, then those glass pebbles (aqua and iridescent colored), then some really beautiful, simple flowers stuck into the sand (the flowers were fake!). If it's not really a beachy type wedding, it would still look nice with the pebbles and no sand. If you use a lot of candles and mirrors, that's a great way to incorporate silver into the decorations. Have fun!

Can we have a little more details? Do you have a theme or need a theme to go with aqua? Caribbean/tropical, or more of that Tiffany's blue and brown? What type of wedding is it--formal, informal, winter, summer, evening, daytime, destination? I think a favor--unless you just go the standard Hershey's/Jelly Belly routine--should go with the wedding itself. For example a friend who had a beach wedding gave salt water taffy. I did a tropical theme and my favors were candles in island scents like mango daquiri and island lagoon. People that are going for more of an elegant look wouldn't give away bubblegum.

hehe these are actually my wedding colors :) getting married in may..
for ideas what i am doing..for balloons...i actually went with a teal color because blown up they look aqua..a lot of companies have pool color things..with their own names..like davids bridal's is "pool"
i bought some silver star shaped confetti (wedding theme is star) and then since i couldnt find anything aqua..i got some star shaped paper punches..and some awesome glittery aqua colored paper..and punched out 50 sheets of it..so i have aqua star confetti now..
flowers i am actually doing white..mostly only having a few dyed aqua..
white candles..and im tying aqua ribbon around them..
a lot of the aqua stuff we are actually doing ourselves..favors we bought some wood star shapes in different sizes and painted some aqua...and some silver..and then covered them in microglitter and glued magnets to the back with our names on it (used clear addy labels for our names)
um..you can also find aqua table clothes..
and aqua ribbons..its pretty much just going to your craft department and finding something in aqua and thinking about what you can do with it..it is VERY hard to find things in aqua that isnt "beach theme" but i have tons of ideas if ya want em

try oriental trading company under anniversary decorations. you'll find lots of silver there.

as for the aqua...try beach themes (fish bowl pebbles, or even Christmas decorations (ornament balls..see links below) to find the decorations in that color....try to think outside the box for those colors...

good luck!

For the reception you can get one of those bowls like from walmart or hobby lobby that you put candles in. but make sure they r deeper with a decorative top edge and put colored rocks in it kinda like marbles with flat bottoms in it with water and a floating candle you can find all of that at hobby lobby near the flowers and wedding things. i did that and it was a great center piece. Everybody loved them and they were so pretty. Have fun with it.

Find a Michael's Crafts or JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts. Both of those should be able to accommodate you.
