Eeek. You have a major electrical problem there. I would pay the dealership to diagnose it if you can afford to, or take it to a trusted mechanic if you have one. That sound really freaky, maybe a computer problem.

Your electrical system is completely f'd up. Don't go to a dealer, go to a private mechanic. They are always mroe reasonable, and often more competent.
I wouldn't even drive it-I'd have it towed. Your turn signals could flash wrong and someone hits you. I think your fuse box might be the source. Who knows? Good luck!

I owned 3 Dodge products & they all had fires in the wire loom. That cured me from buying another. Hope you have full coverage insurance! Get rid of that vehicle if you can.

wow , does it's head turn 360 degrees ? seriously take it to an auto electric shop , sounds like some major ground fault action going on , these can be time consuming to fix.

Mine does the same freaky stuff, but its a 98. My friends are affraid of it but say its like me. I just flip my light switch and its normal. Sometimes when someone borrows it though I forget to tell them and they get scared.

first check battery connections..loose ones make the computer go crazy...it happened to me...
