Talk to your doctor. Clonodine (blood pressure medication) is commonly prescribed for narcotic withdrawals. It will keep you calmer and help get rid of the arm and leg jumpiness (you know what I mean). Once you start to feel better, get yourself to some NA meetings---or you are doomed to keep doing this over and over again.

Usually clonidine is prescribed to help get through withdrawal. The other option is suboxone (do a google search on it) which is a partial opioid agonist-antagonist which is approved for treatment of opiate withdrawal by primary care physician. The last option would be to try to take just half a hydrocodone to alleviate the withdrawal signs and symptoms.
Either way, for long-term success make sure you have the support to stay clean.

Ultram is a non-narcotic pain reliever usually given to patients who no longer need the powerful narcotics like morphine or Oxycontin. Usually, the patient is taken off the narcotics for a couple of weeks before starting ultram because of the possible side effects when using ultram with narcotics still present in the body. I have never heard of ultram used for withdrawal symptoms.

Go to your doc to get medications to help with withdrawal- meds for things like high blood pressure are available, and nonaddicting.
Counselling, family support, Narcanon...do a web search for online support.
Good luck.

See a Dr, a Dr can prescribe you something for the anxiety you will feel and the nausea. If you still have issues of pain then the Dr will help you with the pain. Most likely a non narcotic pain reliever suitable to help you with the pain. Until you are over the worst of your with drawls pain could be intense.
