Your cat has a real job -- and a full-time one at that -- 24/7. Your cat has to eat, sleep, amuse you, encourage you to go to work so you can earn the money to maintain the two of you, catch bugs and anything else that moves... the list is quite exhausting. You should give your cat some nice chicken tonight as a bonus!

you can train a cat to the same things you teach dogs if you put the time and energy into it (i'm sure when you got your real job somebody trianed you) use feeding time as training time and be amazed.Feed hard food and give him a little as you show him what to do-most people are too complacent to bother teaching their cats anything but to use a catbox. The main thing is to teach only one thing at a time untilhe's good at it.have fun believe me he will

It's hopeless. My cats have sat on their lazy butts for years. The only time they have any motivation is when it's feeding time or when I open the door to the deck.
