GENERAL TREATMENT FOR DANDRUFF
DANDRUFF:-If you are having a problem of dandruff that's all over your shoulders, do not despair. Don't rush to consult a dermatologist. Try out these home remedies to bring the problem under control.
Add a spoon of salt to a cup of curd. Rub this mixture well into the scalp and wash with plain water. Repeated use will cure dandruff.
Mix the juice of one lemon in some coconut oil and mage well at the roots. Leave overnight. Wash as usual in the morning. This will also help improve the condition.
Instead of curd and salt, mix lemon juice in water and wash hair with this mixture. It'll soften the hair and cure the dandruff.
If you lack the patience to squeeze the juice of the lemon, then cut a lemon in half and rub it directly on the scalp. Let the juice dry and then wash off with a mild shampoo

Dandruff: I get dandruff too. I use Selson Blue. I t works for me. In about 1 1/2 eeks I saw in improvements. Also because it is cold and now because of the winter, your scalp gets dry and it becomes flaky. I only get dandruff in he winter.
Hair Falling Out: My hair falls out. It is normal if everyday you lose 80-100 strands of hair a day. Usually when your hair falls out your very stressed out. so try to relax. and your also falls out because it is dry. So put just a little bit of olive oil on your hair after a shower and always condition your hair.

If changing up your shampoo and such doesn't help you may want to consult a Dr. There are other things that may be causing dry scalp and hair falling out such as thyroid disorders. At least those were some of my symptoms when I found out that my thyroid was sleeping on the job. The link may help if you're curious.

Well I had to use head and shoulders for my dandruff and it helped ALOT. I use to use all types of products to stop it and now I never see it. But to stop hair falling out your hair may be over-processed. You should see someone about that.

Well, I have that same problem and even though you can't get rid of it, you can pevent it from coming. I use pert plus. It's so strong that I only have to use it twice a week. Other shampoos, you have to use evrytime you shower. At first I thought that would be good, but it started irritating my scalp. So now I'm still using Pert Plus and it works GREAT! Try it!
