if when having foreplay with someone u have met 2weeks ago would a man put a conndom on anyway... because a close friend told me that has happened to him, he strapped up but it seems like he wouldn't because of the foreplay and i dont know how well the condom would stay on. men any answers?

If they don't really know each other, he was smart to wrap it up so early... you can get a lot of diseases by just touching "parts" and definitely with oral sex... men hopefully do this often, unless they just don't know any better.

It depends, if the foreplay is to the point of clotehs being off and genital fondling, then it might be time to sneak one on. If the clothes are still on, no point, it is WAY too early. My favorite time is when going down on her and fingering with one hand, slip on the condom with the other hand.

i am no man but i would suggest maybe he didn't know how far this was going to go..or he didn't want to make a mess, and didn't want any chance of getting someone pregnant he had not known very long. Also to protect form oral sex disease being passed to him. Don't take offense. He doesn't know you very long..
