There is this girl i have been working with for a while. She seems to flirt with a lot of guys, but whenever she does she is always glancing over at me. She does not really flirt with me though, but she talks to me and always smiles and ALWAYS makes eye contact. Does she like me?

i would say there is a high probability that she does because she treats you differently. the best thing to do here is probably the hardest: ask her. you should probably ask her one on one, though ;)

It seems as if she does like you. It also seems as if when she glances at you while she's flirting with other guys, that she is making sure you're paying attention and also trying to make you jealous. But that's just my opinion. Why don't you try flirting with her or show more interest in her? Then hopefully build up enough courage to ask her out...

She sure does. She flirts with everyone else but not with you, thats such a huge sign, its to make you jealous and to see your reaction.
If she always smiles at you and makes eyes contact then shes definitely interested. You should talk to her, let her know you're interested too. Make a light conversation and try to flirt with her a bit, let her know you know..haha. If all goes good then she`ll stop her flirting games with the other guys and concentrate on you.

Hmmm I'm not sure, I think you should go for it and ask her out, but don't trust her to easliy. The flirting like you said suggests she might be leading you on or she might cheat on you even if you two were going out. Still, she might be flirting with other guys to get you jealous, either way just go for it!!! After all, if she says no , she's not worth it for leading you on by the way you described. hey i thiunk she does cuz theres this guy at my school and in the hallways hes always smilling and making eye contact with me so if shes doing that thers a 50 50 chance here so just like ask hwer out to like a movie with like a bunch of people

Two things: She might like you and she might like you a lot. If she is all flirty with other guys and goes quite when she sees you, smiles, looks at you when you guys talk, she feels something for you.

No she doesnt like you ...girls who flirt with everyone just want you to like her they need attention to make up for the love and attention they didnt or dont get from their father.

Well sounds to me like she does too.
It seems she's trying to get your attention because maybe you're the only one who doesn't really pay attention to her.
That might be a good thing, let her think you're hard to get! But not too hard though, she might get bored!

It sounds as if she does. It's easy to be flirty with those that you aren't interested in. There is no chance of real rejection.
With you she seems to be a little standoffish....because you do have the power to reject her.
All lights green if you want to persue her.

Why don't you ask her and find out? If you don't, she may end up with one of those other guys and would than really be better than the scared feeling of actually asking her?
