I would flip it once a month, not for support reasons, but to keep it clean. I would make sure to wipe it down with antibacterial wipes and spray with Lysol when it was flipped.

I think I flipped it whenever I changed the sheets. Its almost 8 years old now and holding on great (still being used by a friend).

I flipped the masttress once a month, just habit and really easy to do since it's so small
Don't forget to remove baby first

For me i think of it is going to reason gasoline. especially situations it hits me right now and different situations as long using fact right here day and could final countless days until at last I burp. especially situations it is going away with one burp and especially situations it lifts steadily as I burp.The burps arent out of control-i think the desire and then I do. My face even modifications as quickly as I do. until then i'm COMATOSED and could fairly keep my eyes open. on account that i finished eating coffee its ninety per cent extra effective. i'm so happy I figured this out. It has actual been a handicap in my existence it is so extreme. i'm hoping this helps somebody...

I ain't tried it but by the looks of things you can- some mattress' have special things, such as one side is aimed at older babies or what ever- depends on your model

every 30 days but make sure the baby is not in the crib. Our family lost one kid that way. We found him all dried up under the crib about 2 years later when we moved.

i would think u would treat it as if it were a normal mattress that u or i would sleep on...
