A 65 year old male supervisor yells and writes abusive letters to women employees only.
He only sleeps with women younger than 35 years old.
He is jealous of the sucess of smart women. He smears vicious gossip of them.
He treated a female employee badly because she had crooked teeth.
He says one things and does the other.
What he says is twisted and not factual.
He is very stingy with his money. He eats lavishly and sticks the company with the bill.
He doesn't know how to run the division.

Sounds to me like he is insecure with himself! As already said, document everything dates, times and who is involve not just the "victim". He needs to be stopped. Go over his head to his boss and file a WRITTEN complaint to personel.
His preference for bed partners really doesnt concern the office...
The employee he treated badly for her teeth should file a harrasment complaint.
If he is using company funds for personal gain that is called fraud! Turn him into the President of the company.

Sounds like your boss is going through metapause.
Men go through this when they hit a certain age.
They feel like they can't attract females any more
so they act like jerks. Your boss is also guilty
of sexual harassment and get fired and sued.
Report this pig to his supervisor at once. It may be
necessary to move forward with a sexual harassment
suit. Consult your local DA.
