have been planning to shave my head for a long time but am not sure how my girlfriend will react.Should I tell her first and get my head shaved or should I surprise her?

Some guys can pull this look off, but other guys look terrible with their heads shaved. You could bring it up watching TV in a joking manner what she would think if you shaved your head and get an initial reaction, or you could just "do it" and if she blows a fuse, hide in the closet until it grows back.

Yeah, mine did that about 3 weeks ago, it didn't look too bad, but he didn't warn me. I was a bit shocked but got over it pretty quickly and really didn't mind it once I got used to it. I actually like the fuzzy head thing he has going at this point.

Hair can grow, so it's not a huge deal if she doesn't like it. My husband shaves his head, and I think it looks great!

You should probably tell her. Especially if she likes your hair. Flowers are a surprise. A bald head is not.

Did you ever see the movie Clueless....one of the characters did it...shaved his head. And her reaction was "what am I going to do with you now?" SHE did not like it. good luck

I would be very, very angry and hurt if he did that without asking me first. As it is, I don't have to worry, because he's hanging on to every hair on his little balding head for as long as possible.
