Buying a dog because its cheap is not a good reason to buy a dog.
You wont get cheap vet bills to match your cheap dog. If saving money is the issue than maybe your cheap dog would go without injections.
Please be sure you can afford to treat a dog the way it should be treated.
Good food, yearly injections, frequent worming as well as alot of love and exercise.

There are plenty of places where you can buy a cheap West Highland White Terrier. Unfortunately, the type of breeder who sells them cheaply does not bother about things like good health, good temperament or after sales care. You will end up paying far more in the long run in Vet's bills & heartache

If money is an issue, a dog is really not the right pet. "cheap" could mean a sick dog or an abusive breeder. You need to budget hundreds a year just for vet bills. Perhaps there is a West Highland Terrier rescue in your area? You could Google it.
