Is there a way to select many fields at once and modify the numbers?
I need to add a percentage to prices, and need to know if there is a way to select just the prices in the page and increase them. I really don't want to have to go one by one and calculate the percentage and drop it in.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Do what "anonymous lucy" suggests to select the cells, but first enter 1 + the percentage (1.06 would be for a 6% increase) you want to add in a blank cell and copy (command-c, control-c if you have a PC) it to the clipboard. Then when you've selected the cells, choose Paste Special from the Edit menu and select Multiply from the popup window, then click ok.

Highlight your first area, hold in CTRL and highlight your next area, and just keep doing that while holding down CTRL until all your fields are highlighted. Then you can set up what you need for all of them at once.
