No. I do not believe that you are doomed. We are all sinners and we all make mistakes. I believe that we all can be saved regardless of our religion or sins. I think that as long as you repent and ask God for guidance with this... God will help you. Don't listen to anyone who claims that you are dammed. Remember that God is loving and forgiving.

Detach emotionally from it. You know what you really believe, don't let anything slander your true sentiment.

it's a guilt trip mechanism. a big waste of time and very boring way to live.

The worse a person feels about a bad thought the more energy is fed back into making more of the same. It is invalid and untrue so dismiss it. Been there. Done that. I'm still saved as I continue to run the race.

focus on others which is the loving thing to do anyway. evil focuses on self, indulges in self pity etc. good focuses on others and how they may be helped. don't get emotional about bad thoughts. they mean nothing.

remember the first commandment and exercise love. rejoice in your freedom to love in Christ. Your freedom to love was bought at a dear price.

Live your freedom.

The Bible says that you must endure to the end to be saved. All of us make mistakes. How will you handle yours? Will you sincerely ask God to forgive you and try very hard never to do this thing again or will you assume all is well and dismiss it. The end result depends on your heart condition and your resulting actions. What is most important to you??

that happened to me when I was like 12 or so, I was scarred at first, but now after careful study I realized that the mind can be good or evil based on your own impulses of desire. It is not essentially bad, and you are not doomed, but it is an indication that you control the frequency of your mind, i.e. your mind can be made like a god or demon.

First of all, people do not know what is in your heart nor will they understand, but your God does. And you know what is in your heart as well. So, no, I do not think you are doomed, I think that He understands. Tho I am not Christian, I was raised in a Christian atmosphere. And since that is your believe I will never condemn you on your choice. Go in Peace.

*huge sigh of relief*
I'm sooooooo glad to hear that I'm not the only one. That happened to me before. I talked to my parents about it and they said that it was just a mistake and sometimes thoughts like that come but not to worry.
And of course I still worried because I'm paranoid.

Don't worry. I honestly believe that you're fine. God knows what's in your heart and He'll judge you based on that, not your slip-ups.

Peter denied Jesus three times and was forgiven. Repent and ask God to forgive you, He will. God loves you and is pulling for you to make it to heaven.

The bad news is that you're probably not going to get in good with Jehovah after this.

The good news is that you're probably not going to get in good with Jehovah after this.

Really, your deeper inner self is trying to tell you something about what you really believe. It's time for you to put aside belief in this "God" fellow and move on with the rest of your life.

Old wise man say - if you are what you say you are - then you should not have asked this question - because you would already have known the answer.

Only a Non-Christian would ask this question.
