It could just be a natural slump. Sit down and rest for fifteen minutes, no longer, then get up and do something physical. You should feel better and be able to get a proper nights sleep tonight. Good Luck.xx

Could be low sugar, or a sign of diabetes. Though it sometimes happens to me, I then have a couple of Jaffa cakes and a Red Bull. Then I usually feel ok.
