I met a guy two weeks ago, and we're already very good friends. He asked me to sleep over this weekend. Does that mean he wants to be more than friends?
A couple factors that may affect this:
1) We're in college--he's 17, I'm 18
2) He actually wanted me to sleep over last night, but I didn't because I can't sleep on floors. So we wouldn't have been alone in the original situation.
3) Yes, he is straight.
4) From what I can tell, his dating habits are rather innocent; sex just isn't important to him. Not that I was expecting any, but maybe it should be mentioned.

In response to answers:
1) Yes, we've met. We go to school together.
2) He's a virgin (by religious reasons), and he didn't plan on even dating anyone when he first got here.
3) Are you completely ignoring #2? The invitation was originally for last night, when his roommate would have been there!

Oh...and NJ consent laws:
1) Anyone above the age of 16 can have sex under any circumstance.
2) Nobody under the age of 13 can have sex with anyone under any circumstance.
3) If one is between 13 and 16, the partners must be within 4 years of each other.
So there's nothing underage about it.
