even one would be too many--hell was never intended for human beings, it was designed as punishment for satan & the other rebellious angels. It's a shame satan has deceived so many people.

Well first you have to think about how many angels there were before the 1/3rd got sent out of heaven. Then maybe we can get some sort of idea about how many people(humans!) will do the same if any....

I dont know how many humans will end up in hell but its more than most people think according to Rev 7:9-10 like a great multitude that no man can number from everywhere in the world.

The Scripture says the last days will be like the days of Noah. There will be a falling away from the faith and Xtians will be persecuted which means many will be in the flesh as opposed to the Spirit. Hopefully they will have a chance to change their minds sooner or later.

This isn't an answer, but I agree with Mark Twain. "I'll take heaven for the weather, and hell for the company.". I'm waiting for the Rapture, where all the "christians" go to heaven naked, leaving me all their clothes, cars, planes, boats, houses, and sinning wives and daughters. I'll be left here with all that AND the only people left will be like me. We're planning a HUGE party.

The Bible does not give a specific answer but it is clear: "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." (Matthew 7:13-14)

I'm closing each post with: Don't violate me if I hurt you soft, mushy feelings.

Matthew 7:13-14 Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

I'm not God, but I'd guess it's higher than 1/3 too.

ever question wether hell is just life on earth and the devil is just a metaphor for the temptation of evil and sin? and heaven a metaphor for a higher sprtual plane those who die and who were good dont have to come back and those of us who have sinned must come back again and live this mortal life untill we get it right? mabye its not about "if" you get to go to heaven but mabye its about "when" you get to go to heaven?

I think you may be right. However, we do have a chance to repent. I think they (angel/demons) could also repent if they choose to but they won't because they are in a rut serving their master for thousands of years.
