hi!i saw that others advice you to see the deramatologist.ok.thats a good idea, but first of all you must be aware that all the skin problems originate from an unhealthy way of life.
the skin is one of most sensitive parts of our bodies, playing vital role in termo and hydro regulation.its thousand tiny pores are open gates through which water and oxygen circulate.thats why they must be always kept clean.i don't mean that we must only take care about what's on the surface.we may be using the very best of cosmetics and still having probs.that's because of the toxins produced after digestion of certain foods.you must have heard that some foods are skin-friendly and some are the opposite.for ex.foods* that stimulate the cleaning processes in the body tend to make us more beautiful:
*especially the organic ones
brown rice
oats
nuts(almonds,wallnuts)
pumpkin seeds
yogourt
apples(and fresh juices from them)
blueberries
grapes
pineapples
watermellons
carrots
cucumber
oily fish(rich in O3acids)
honey
do avoid all processed foods, such as:
fried ones incl.chips,crispy snakcs etc
pork,bief and products from them
spicy and very salty food
white sugar
sweet cookies and cakes
alchohol!!!
tobacco!!!
all foods containing lots of artificial preservatives and flavours
be sure that if you try to switch on a more healthy diet your skin will benefit from that.you will overcome most of the discomfort even if you introduce only few of the above mentioned foods.drink herbal teas several times a day and pure water.in cosmetics, look for the aloe vera consisting products.this will additionally help for the sebum regulation.be carefull with your make up.you'd better stress on lips and eyes and leave the skin breathe freely.irritated skin treat with rosemary and lavander oil,few drops in distilled water applied with a cotton pad as tonner works fine.
so,before seeing the doctor go on with some of these.the results wont be late, you'll see it yourself.

step one, take care of the acne. step two, in order to help with some of the skin discoloration or scarring try a skin spot lightening cream and apply it to the scars and dark spots on your face. if that does not help lighten the scars, then consider maybe getting some laser peeling done on your face to remove the surface layer of damaged skin.... your face will look smooth and beautiful after proper healing from the laser treatment.

One way to get rid of zits is to wash with a mild soap, and whatever you do don't scratch, pick at, or touch your face with unwashed hands. One thing you could try for the acne is stridex fruit therapy lotion, If your skin is sensitive try testing the lotion only on a small part of your skin.

Apply daily paste made out of besan and curds for about 30 minutes and wash with cold water. Drink Noni herbal fruit juice twice a day for about six months.
