Sometimes. It all depends if you're both mature enough to just be friends. Some couples eventually still mess around after they break up which is retarded. When I hear of an ex, there just that an ex. You X them out!

It's easy to accept an ex as your friend if you can find other things in him that you find interesting and fun. It might take a while. Ex's are ex's for a reason and sometimes establishing truces is all that can happen. Anything's possible. You'll just havta find a new way to love him.

Not usually. I have an exboyfriend that I am friends with now, and it's been forever since we've dated. But I really loved him, and so sometimes it still hurts me. But you just have to want him as a FRIEND ONLY bad enough. & regardless of what people might say, it's possible.

ok think of... do you hate him by using fact he's no longer your boyfriend anymore and you nevertheless like him or is it genuine hate? the two way in case you hated him then your suited chum wouldn't have dated him after he replaced into your (ex) boyfriend. He won't choose so which you will break them up, yet your suited chum has to think of of you too, by using fact that she is your suited chum.

No, it isn't easy, but it can be done, provided you let no previous romantic feelings get into it. However, I would recommend that to be "buddy buddy" with your ex is not a good idea--too many complications.

i dont think, its ever possible to be frnd with ur ex. Atleast, I wont be ever accept my ex as my frnd. Even though, it might be possible from ur side or his side, but u may hav trouble in ur own personal life, ur current may not acceot that person as ur frnd in ur life. so u have to think for his feelings also & if u cant think of his feelings, then i'd say even that current also becum ex shortly.

i dont think it is because i have been in the same situation it is hard to excep ur ex boyfreind as a freind but its not immpossible i ended up being freinds with my ex bf later but it was not so easy

i don't think so, at least for me it's not.
i just cant be friends with someone that i have had a romantic interest in.
if i wanted to just be their "friend" then we would have been "just friends" right from the beginning, and nothing more.
