lol i would think its a myth but if my ears ring im like someones talking about me...lol

They say that ear ringing can be a sign of health problems like high blood pressure. If it is something constant than you should see a doctor. It can also be a side effect of something else. You would really want to figure out when it starts, how long it lasts, and if it is associated with anything else.

It sometiems means pressure changes in the inner ear. Or tinnitus, tinnitus is a ring you hear when blood pressure goes higher... When you hear to loud noises or music your inner ear vibrates... and youhear those rings...

Other than this, no, it doesn't mean someone is talking about you.

The ringing ya hear in your ear is a form of tinnitus, which is a form of hearing loss,, if ya listen to loud music or been in the area of loud sudden noise's, ya could be experincing some hearing loss

no it does not mean someone is talking about you. you probably have an ear infection or you just need to clean out your ears.

no if your ears are really "ringing" you should see a doctor. you could have a major problem
