excessive usage of them might cause Liver problems, instead of making you feel energetic they might make you feel tired, sad, hopeless all the time. think of them as drugs! they are not a bunch of orange or apple. They are metabolized in the liver like any other drug, and then some of them eliminated by your kidneys. There is no exact evidence, or researches proving that vitamin tablets are essential for diet. If you are unable to maintain a balanced diet (which should contain necessary amounts of sugar, fats and proteins that will provide enough energy for your work.) you can take them as dietary SUPPLEMENT.
