Men and Women have different reasons why they cheat. It could be a sudden lack of interest in the person they are cheating on, or lust for someone else who seems better to them, or easily falling for temptation, even revenge.
I think what people who cheat fail to realize that it's not all worth it to break one person's heart because you want something else. You should ask yourself, is it worth hurting someone emotionally even if you don't love them?
If you know you have different taste and variety of different people that you like, you shouldn't date someone, or make a commitment you aren't ready for. Because it hurts not only them, but you in the end too.
I have been cheated on once, and that was my Junior year of high school. The guy cheated on me claiming it was because of some rumors about me sleeping around which were not true. And I know he knew that. The thing is, we couldn't figure out how we were going to have alone time to have sex, so I believe that's why he cheated which is stupid. I let him go, and now that I can do my business anywhere, he wishes he could have this, but lol, nada!

well i am the cheater. Everyone has thought about cheating. I did it cause I was bored of routine. that's why its always good too spice it up. Also i was annoyed of the arguing so I decided to talk over the phone with someone else. and sometimes the conversation makes you like the other person.

Because they put their ego ahead of the word they gave.
There are a zillion justifications. One thing you need to know if your partner cheated on you was that it was NOT about you no matter what they say. It was about THEM trying to prove something to themselves.
I dumped the cheater. There WAS NO EXCUSE for what he did because I gave him everything. He was just an imbecile. I wouldn't piss on him to put him out if he was on fire.

Yes, a happily married person may desire to have sex with someone else. A happy marriage is about a lot more than just sex. One can be happy in a relationship, but still enjoy a forbidden thrill.

Sometimes the grass looks greener on the other side of the fence...but once tasted memories of how the other grass tasted makes the wanderer want to go back. But, that event might not quell the wanderlusting.

Im a repeat offender and the reason I have cheated is because I was not happy and I voiced this to my partner and things did not change..So, when someone starts acting distant and annoyed try to talk things out and change some things or end it!

i think it is lots of reasons everyones of course different. insecurity mostly it think i really dont know . i personally have cheated and i can tell you it is because i found someone very exciting which was lackiing in the relationship i was in at the time

Cheating is inexusable and they would only do it if they were no longer in love with you or if they were tired of sex with you or they just wanted a lot of sex.

They cheat because they're cruel and selfish. They are inconsiderate of their partner's feelings. It's all about me me me. Cheaters don't feel bad about what they did, they're just sorry they got caught.
