I work for a plastic company i worked as a machine operator for 6 months and 3 weeks ago i got hired-in to be a material handler which i got to check the machines for resin so they keep runing and check people for boxes so they can pack the product; would this look bad on me or should i go sick maybe get some pills

everyone works with a sore throat. If you have a fever or chills with it, then yeah, maybe you should stay home but not just for the sore throat.

does the soar throat stop you from working and doing your normal routine? if yes then don't go. if no then you should have no problem at work.
