Probably not, but we can only hope that our next Prez will.
I use to work near the U.S. border in Arizona, the only protection I had was from the U.S. Border Patrol & our Military. I have alot of respect for our border agents, it takes a special kind of person to do what they do, and they do it well.

Had Bush really been serious about this. In his State of the Union , Georger Bush did not adress this issue . If immaigrtion agents serves any warrents for the arrest of Illegal aliens, we so hear, first how the laws or laws. should not or should not be be enforced. I can't agree with that. HOw can the law be the law when it's picks and selectes on how to enforce our laws. when it includeds immigration. Should the background checks also be ran ? IF am I working on the border, I would not feel safer with enforcement of the law, with I think it's called tashers. What's the point having agents there, when the drug smugglers know how to work the system.

If he can pardon dope dealers that get drugs into US and citizens get caught with and get life sentences why is he and ambassador Tony Snow trying to make the border patrols look bad for doing their job? If he wants drugs here why are the laws so severe?

He should but won't do it until his fianl day in office. That is when most pardons go through because the President will not be in office to take any flack for them. It is the kind of thing that he probably wants to do but will wait over a year to do it.
