Okay so far my research suggests that those who believe in the rapture believe that Jesus will come and take them away. Meaning millions of people will physically die all at the same time or somewhere around the same time to go to Heaven.

Doesnt it ever occur to you that the anti-christ or someone else might try to pull this off?

How are you going to know Jesus will be the real Jesus?

You won't.
Very good thinking outside the box.

I don't think things like this occur to people because they restrict their thoughts to a very short and narrow path.

How do we know Jesus wasn't the anti-christ leading people astray from the real god Osiris or Horus (or other deity of choice)? The Jesus story had been done several before he allegedly existed, and it's plausible the devil came as Jesus doing the same stuff to mislead people and christianity is just a big hoax. It's possible.

What I find amusing is that when Jesus returns or whatever there's supposed to be like 7 years of torment and suffering during the apocalypse. Yet they look forward to it. Ah well.

The fact of the matter from what I remember as the Jesus coming back thing was that the anti-christ will come, and as you said Jesus will take away his people. Well the reason it would not probably happen as you said with the anti-christ doing that is that God created everything, even the anti-christ. It wont be based on if the anti-christ comes to you, its based on your heart to jesus. If you are a true christian then you will not be here on earth when the anti-christ keeps the people who deny god with him. All the people who defy god will be here and jesus will take all of his children that believed in him.

The Bible clearly states that we (Christians who are still alive) will be caught up (rapture means "caught up" ) to meet the Lord in the clouds.

1 Thes 4:16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.

There should be no doubt in the Christian mind that this will happen according to the scriptures... though the how and when will be debated until that day.

Be careful when you listen to those who spew that such a catching away is "a lie from the pit of hell" it just means THEY havent read that, or if they did, they "cant believe it" and they can't admit that they can be wrong.

This question assumes that there will be a "rapture", however, even if you remove that equation, the bible teaches us that Jesus will come again, and those that believe in him will know who he is.
I would assume from this then, that there will be absolutely no mistaking Him when he does come. I would also assume that those who believe in him will know who the anti-christ is, and will streer pretty clear of him. Either way, the anti-chirst would simply not be empowered to be able to lift millions of people's souls out of their bodies.... only Christ would have the power to do that.

Those who are alive at the time of the rapture will not "die" physically, but be caught up with Jesus in the air. Let's see the antichrist do that.

That's a very good question. If the Bible is to be believed, then the answer is what Jesus said, that each should be careful not to listen to anyone who says, "Look, He's over there, etc." and that when He comes, everyone will see him, so there'll be no way to be fooled.

You should read further before you even try to criticize dear. 1st off, the bible says nothing about someone having to be dead to be caught up in the rapture. There will be plenty of people, very much alive, to witness what is going on.
Furthermore, I seriously doubt any human has the capability to pull off the rapture.....

Because the anti-christ doesn't gain Satan's power until AFTER the rapture, because Satan doesn't know when Christ's second coming will be. Therefore, there's no way for the anti-chirst to do anything like that, because he won't even know he's the anti-christ until after it happens.

Actually a trumpet will sound and the dead in Christ will rise first, then those who are alive will rise to meet Him in the air. We will will still be ALIVE...not dead...We will vanish from the Earth..(see the book or movie LEFT BEHIND). This is something the antichist and/or someone else won't be able to accomplish....and we will be changed our bodies will be like His and we shall see Him as He is. We will KNOW that it's Him.

I agree of some of your statements; I believe in the rapture but I think it`s not gonna come until the 3d trumpet has passed;and the 3d trumpet says that a third of mankind will be killed in a horrible war; I think it`s gonna be the few the and meek that are gonna be raptured.
