I have a "Cool" setting on my blow dryer, what is this for? And if i dry my hair with this setting, is it healthier for my hair because i'm not applying heat?

The "cool" setting as not really supposed to dry your hair- it's to lock styles in place. After your hair is almost completely dry, use the cool setting to style :)

The "cool" setting on your blow dryer is ALOT less damage, but I've found it to cause more frizz.

You would use this if when your hair is about 75% dry AND you were going to use another form of heat such as a straightener, curlers, or a curling iron.

the less heat, the better. cool is also for when your hair is almost dry..you shouldnt still be using the hottest temperature that it can go when your hair is only a little wet. it keeps your hair from becoming very dry. "cool" would take forever to dry your hair from completely wet to completely dry tho...but its alot better for your hair

Yep, the "cool" setting would be best to keep that rainbow 'fro of yours looking great!

I'm still a bit upset that my Saints lost to your Bears a couple of weeks ago, but good luck to your team in the Big Show on Sunday!
