It doesnt take a lot of time just find a thirty min. period of the day and devote to walking or exercising, start out light increase a little each day,may have to set the alarm a little early , you deffinatly have a busy schedule, also you'll want to cut back on your calorie intake.

Change your eating habits. That's really important. Eat breakfast then try and have a light snack in between your meals. I notice when I do that, by the time lunch or dinner comes around, I'm not quite as hungry and so I don't eat as much. Another thing, stop eating two or three hours before you go to bed. That ex specially important. I swear, just by doing that, I lost my first 20 pounds without exercising. I also gave up sugar... I wasn't easy. Cause I love sweets. But it's made a huge difference.
Now, I hate to work out. But I love to walk. I just recently started a walking routine. I get up early, go for a good thirty minute walk and then come back to the house and get ready for work. I know not everyone able to do that. But try and walk as much as possible. You could park your car further away from your job, take the stairs instead of the elevator, take a walk on your lunch break. That may not necessarily work for everyone... But so far it's working good for me. Hope some of this will help you.
Good Luck!

I lost weight by cutting my calorie intake down to between 1200-1550 calories each day. I also did strength training, such as push ups, sit ups, lifting weight etc. 30 minutes a day three days a week and cardio such as running, aerobics and working out on my elliptical 30 minutes a day 4 times a week. So most days I devoted about an hour to working out. There is no quick fix to losing weight and keeping it off. Most people lose between 1-2 lbs a week if they eat a healthy reduced calorie diet and work out 3-4 times a week. Try Sparkpeople.com. It helps you keep track of calories that you eat and offers exercise demos and a workout plan that you can design just for you depending on what equipment, like a stability ball or hand weights you may have. Plus it has message boards and recipes and it's all free. Good luck.

You have to MAKE time to get some exercise. You don't have to do it all at once, take three 10 minute walks and you've done 30 minutes of cardio. When I'm busy I pop in a workout tape (or DVD) and workout at home before going to bed.

Exercise is not just good for losing weight it is good for your health!

Also you can make alot of progress by just watching what you eat and eating lots of fruit ,veggies, and lean protein. Carbs are not the enemy you just need to eat whole-grain carbs not refined ones.

What's working for me is that I pack all the food I will eat for the entire day into my lunch box.
I am shooting for about 1500 cal and I eat a small bowl of oatmeal before I leave, then pack enough small portions to get me through the day. Dried fruit, yoghurt, small portion of chicken or meat. Perhaps a small portion of vegs with salad dressing.
I have access to a microwave so I usually bring a "Lean Cuisine" or similar for about 350 cal dinner.
The tough part is when I get home at 9:30, I want to eat, but must resist.

Try a low carb, high lean protein diet. South beach, Atkins, or even modified versions can work and not leave you starving all day. Google either one and look on some support group websites for more info.
