Does the Special K diet work for men too?

I think men loose more weight than woman on the Special K diet because men require more calorie intake than woman. So if you need to loose some weight I'd say go for it. You'll loose a ton!!

It will work for anyone. It is basically a calorie restriction diet. By eating two bowls of cereal and a healthy dinner you have drastically reduced your calories. It is basically the slim-fast diet except you are replacing your meals with cereal instead of a shake.

But this is water weight and you'll probably gain it back once you stop eating the cereal for your meals.

Maybe you should eat a little more than women, cause the diet they suggest is like 30gr... two times a day, and that's nothing!

It works for everyone. They mainly target women since they are so self concious of they're wieght. But yes, it'll work for men too. Results will vary.
