It expired April 06. I wouldn't worry if it was the powder mix, but it's the pasty stuff. Too late though, I already cooked and ate it. Looked/smelt fine.

are they expired before you made them or after? the date on the box is the best use by date and most of the items in there wont spoil, as dry pasta wont spoil unless it gets wet and the same with dry cheese mix, however if there is a cheese paste or sauce in there then you might want to reconsider. Also most of these prepackaged items have a 18 -24 month shelf life, so if it's past the use by date then you might have had the item for over 2 years.. think about that...
however i shouldnt talk..i just found peanut butter with an expiration date of 2005 in my pantry.. threw it out even though it was still sealed.. hehe

Go for it. I've eaten an oatmeal cream cookie thing that was 14 months past it's expiration date. You'll be fine, just don't eat expired meat or something that needs to be frozen or refrigerated.

Save it for a casserole or Mac-n-cheese later. The pouch of sauce will stay good for quite a while. I think it is too soft to use for crackers. You could try using it on a pizza but it would be very soft. Same for a grilled cheese sandwich.

Goes good with wilted lettuce and shriveled carrot slad.
