NO, and I am a life long non smoker. Thanks to my grade 9 teacher for showing me the way.
But I find there could be grounds to charge the tobacco company on several grounds, and also the government that allows the sale of such product, of course they collect a fat tax, which supposedly is rolled back into the health system.
IF tobacco is that bad that we have to legislate its use, why permit it at all. They will not let pharmaceutical companies to sell border line drugs that could cure say, cancer, but they let the likes of Philip Morris pollute our lungs and addict our children.
If drug suppliers and dealers can be put away, why not the cigarette people, that is an addictive drug too, is it not.

No. Smoking isn't the only self-destructive habit. Smokers should consider the health of the people around them more, though. Even if I wouldn't stop smoking for myself, I would stop smoking for my family.
