That takes good genes, normal development, hard work and good health. Fish contains substances&vitamins that are important for the functioning of the neurotic system (i.e brain, nerves, spinal cord). You can defenitely help your brain by making fish a regular part of your menu.

If provide nutrient but doing it alone will not make you smarter.

The only way to make you smarter is read, learn and think.

Do plenty of math and brain twister games will help you to exercise your brain.

Your brain power is like you muscle power, if you don't excercise it, it will become weak. You must keep learning, reading and thinking.

Also, do some physical excercise will also help stimulate your brain development.

Ignore them! Omega 3 fatty acids are good for your brain development, and fish and fruits are high in them. Especially salmon and blueberries...ever hear of "brain food", well, they are called that for a reason. However what you learn is up to you. Crossword, and jigsaw puzzles also help to excersize your brain and increase you capabilities of learning.
