Check out the library as well. There is a "Biography" DVD on him. And a correction to be made from the person above, he didn't leave Sheryl Crow b/c they found breast cancer. He left her b/c the "m" word came up(marriage). The cancer was found right after they split. As far as an athlete, no one could match his VO2(his aerobic capacity) output. He was a genetic freak. That is why he dominated the Tour de France for so long. He was the first person to win it six times in a row and the first to win it seven times a row. He probably had two more in him. He has part ownership in the team he won the last Tour de France races with.
