I have a "Sony DCR-DVD105 Mini-DVD Handycam Camcorder" and I recorded a bunch of stuff when I first got it playing around with it. How do I go back and erase or delete the stuff on the dvd so I can reuse it. Or Can you just record over it all?? If so how do you do it?? It doesn't have a memory card or a place for one.

Also is there a way to upload the dvd onto a computer??? If so how??

I'm usually pretty good with these kind of things but this one's over my head! :)

if it's a DVD-/+R, then you are stuck with those videos, they can't be erased

if it's a DVD-RW, you need to check if you formatted it as a -VR or -Video disc
your camera should tell you which in the upper right hand corner of the screen

if it's -VR then you should be able to delete freely on the camera
if it's -Video you can only delete the last video you recorded unless you finalized. Or a complete erase of the whole disc

if it's a DVD+RW you have to erase the whole disc, you can also delete the last video you recorded with these discs

to erase the whole disc you have to format it in the camera, you have to take the camera off "EASY mode" if it has it or else the option to format will not show up in setup

if your camera came with "Picture Package" you can copy the videos from the camera with that.

depending on your computer and abilities, you can just stick the dvd disc in your computer
(NOT IF IT'S SLOT LOADING, TRY THIS WITH TRAY LOADING ONLY)
and copy the VOB/ or VRO files.... you'd have to manually split the video up. .vob and .vro files are mpeg2 files,
doing it that way is a bit more involved

After importing the video to the workstation, you may edit out the parts that you do not decide on. Doing it in digital camera you ought to rewind to the spot that you do not decide on and record over it, this kind you ought to finally end up recording over a element that you opt on on your video.
