Why would you even care if he's just your crush and you have a boyfriend so why does it even matter? You should just focus on your own relationship and the crush you have on that boy will go away eventually because after all there is no commitment between you and your crush so she can talk to him if she wants because he's not your bf.

You're question doesn't make any sense. You said you don't like a girl who is trying to take your crush, but you have a boyfriend. I say let it go. If you don't like her, then don't communicate with her or hang around her. If the guy likes her more than you then let them be.
